By agreeing to this Agreement and providing your information on the website
clique.design (hereinafter - the Site), by filling out the online application form
or placing an order.

User:

• confirms that the personal data provided belongs to them personally;
• acknowledges and confirms that they have carefully read and fully familiarized themselves with this Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data, specified in the online application fields (registration) on the Site;
• acknowledges and confirms that they understand all the provisions of this Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data;
• consents to the processing of the personal data provided by the Site for the purpose of registering the User on the Site;
• agrees to the terms of processing personal data without any reservations or limitations.

The user gives their consent to the processing of their personal data, namely the actions provided for in clause 3, part 1, article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, and confirms that by giving such consent, they act freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest. The user's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious.

The User hereby consents to the processing of the following personal data by clique.design:

• Surname, first name, and patronymic;
• Phone numbers;
• Email addresses (E-mail).

The User grants clique.design the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data:

• Collection and accumulation;
• Storage for the period established by regulatory documents for reporting, but not less than three years from the date of termination of the User's use of the Site's services;
• Clarification (updating, modification);
• Use for User registration on the Site;
• Destruction;
• Transfer upon the request of the court, including to third parties, with measures taken to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

The specified consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be revoked by you by submitting an application to the Site administration indicating the data defined in Article 14 of the "Personal Data Law."
Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data can be made by the User by sending the corresponding order in a simple written form to the email address (E-mail) request@clique.design.
The Site is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) of information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution by all possible means by third parties. The Site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When changes are made, the actual version indicates the date of the last update. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
This Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement are subject to the material and procedural law of the Russian Federation.
